One Developer, Every Site a Separate Product: The Intergal-Bud Case

One Developer, Every Site a Separate Product: The Intergal-Bud Case

When a developer is building several residential complexes at once, it's tempting to make one "universal" catalog site for all of them. We went a different route: for every residential complex built by Intergal-Bud, we built a separate site from scratch — because each complex is genuinely a separate product, with its own audience and its own decision-making logic.

Why One Template Doesn't Work Across Multiple Complexes

A residential complex isn't a typical "product." A buyer isn't just choosing an apartment — they're choosing a specific layout, floor, view, construction phase. Every complex has its own price segment, location, and target audience — and a site that tries to sell a premium seaside complex and a mass-market development in a residential district equally well usually sells neither one effectively.

So every site was built separately, from scratch, on Laravel — not an adaptation of one template, but a standalone product for each specific complex.

Zhk La Mer: Laravel + Vue for Dynamic Selection

Zhk La Mer is an example where the focus was on the technical side of the interaction. The site runs on Laravel with Vue on the frontend, which made layout selection and apartment filtering dynamic — no page reload on every filter change, which matters a lot when a buyer is comparing dozens of options at once.

Zhk Prichal 8: Apartment Selection UX as the Core Task

Zhk Prichal 8 was built around a different challenge — making the process of choosing a specific apartment as clear as possible: from the overall complex layout down to a specific floor and floor plan, with no confusion and no unnecessary clicks.

A Full Marketing Cycle for Each Complex, Not Just a Website

For Intergal-Bud, the work never stopped at the website. Every individual residential complex got a full marketing package: web development, print materials, outdoor advertising (billboards), and video presentations of the complex. That meant the site had to stay visually consistent with every other communication channel — someone who saw a billboard and then visited the website needed to recognize the same visual style and message.

Why a Long-Term Partnership With One Developer Works

When one team builds sites for several projects from the same client, it builds up an understanding of the business's specifics — how buyers make decisions, which questions come up most often, what works for conversion and what doesn't. That makes every following site faster and more precise to build, without losing individuality — each complex still ends up as a standalone product with its own identity.
