Design of a presentation brochure for the Prychal 8 Residential Complex, located along the banks of the Dnipro River. The goal was to create a clear and visually engaging material that conveys the lifestyle of the complex, highlights its advantages, and serves as a compelling sales tool.
The brochure needed to align with the brand’s identity, offer a clean and digestible structure, and visually stand out — helping potential buyers quickly grasp the core value of riverside living within an urban environment.
We designed a layout that blends elegance, modern aesthetics, and consistent branding. The composition emphasizes open space, refined typography, a soft natural palette, and a light rhythm of content blocks — all contributing to the impression of peaceful living by the water.
Visual identity elements were seamlessly integrated into the design, while the structure was optimized for both print and digital formats (PDF, email presentations, handouts).
