Design of a resident handbook for Gostomel Residence, created as a welcome guide for new apartment owners. The goal was to produce a stylish and informative print piece that introduces the living space and supports residents with essential information from day one.
The booklet was designed to reflect the developer’s brand style and present: general information about the residential complex / living guidelines and infrastructure usage rules / directory of key contacts and service providers / site map with highlighted points of interest / helpful tips for settling in and navigating the space.
We crafted a design that balances brand professionalism with a warm, user-friendly tone. Typography was selected for clarity and modern elegance, and the graphic system was aligned with the visual identity of Hostomel Residence. The content layout features zoned pages, iconography, and accent color cues to make navigation intuitive.
The handbook was optimized for both print and digital formats — ideal for distribution at move-in and use in daily resident life.
